Greenacre Dental Surgery is open 6 days, with early morning and late afternoon appointments available.
We kindly ask all patients to call the surgery’s reception line during opening hours to arrange an appointment.
Our phone’s answering machine system will activate if our surgery is closed or our staff are attending to other callers.
Running Late
If you are running late for your appointment, please call reception to notify them.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the practitioner may not have sufficient time to treat you and has the right to request rescheduling.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment.
Failure to attend an appointment will be recorded in a patient’s file. Numerous failure-to-attend offences will incur a fee and the practitioner has the right to decline further appointments
