At Greenacre Dental, we understand our patients live very busy lives and we try to accommodate appointments as best we can.

We are a very busy practice and do appreciate it if you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, at least 24 hours. Failing to attend scheduled appointments will be recorded and numerous offences will incur a Failed-To-Attend fee.

Though we do our best to attend to emergency patients, we are not an emergency dental surgery and patients require an appointment to see our dentists. Emergency patients will be seen by the first available dentist at the first available appointment vacancy, otherwise can choose to stay on our emergency/stand-by list until an appointment becomes available.

We request all other appointments be made in advance by contacting our surgery on 9750 2080.

Payment methods

We accept cash, cheque and have EFTPOS facilities including HICAPS for your health-fund. Treatment is finalised at the end of each visit. When attending please bring your health fund care if applicable.

For complex and expensive dental work a deposit at the start of treatment is required.

Parking and Handicap Facilities

There  is ample local parking including a council parking area 40 meters from the surgery.

The surgery has wide corridors and there is ramping for wheelchair access from the rear entrance. Please notify our reception staff if you or a family member require access to a ambulatory entry or bathroom prior to your scheduled visit at Greenacre Dental.
